Form Tools built to print specifications. If a print has not been developed, we can work with the customer to provide a print that would be included with your purchase order. Each form tool has it's own CT number from California Tool along with digital scanning of the final product, to ensure future orders come to you the customer in the exact same geometries. 
 
We develop prototype cutters when the project requires performance improvements or for an initial development project. The cost would be dependent on a variety of variables but all specials would be quoted in a minimum quantity of 3 pcs. with price breaks dependent upon the estimate quantities that may be required. The customer will of course be required to approve all tolerance requirements, material grades, and post operations such as coating or honing operations.
